Andrew doesn’t just do HR—he lives it. With a deep passion for the power of effective people strategy, he thrives equally advising CEOs as he does in resolving day-to-day employee concerns. His approach is grounded in integrity, transparency, and collaboration—values that help companies achieve ambitious results while building teams that are proud to drive them forward.

Andrew founded NewEra HR to fill a growing need: businesses that require expert HR guidance but aren’t yet ready for a full-time hire. Through NewEra, he delivers fractional HR leadership with the same strategic focus, empathy, and energy he brought to in-house roles across multiple industries.

Andrew holds a Master’s in Human Capital Management from New York University and has been SPHR-certified since 2021.
